"Wonderful view. Great location" The apartment was very clean and tidy. The owner Brian was there to meet us upon arrival. Very nice chap. Location was great just across the road from a lovely quiet beach and only a short drive into Bournemouth itself. Despite storm Aileen we still had a great week. Already planning our next holiday here.

"Lovely, family-friendly apartment" We had a wonderful week long stay in this very well equipped and appointed apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, providing a real home away from home as we explored the local area and beyond. The owner, Liz, was lovely to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information and tips to ensure a great stay. She was also very accommodating and allowed us to book as a family of 5 - we just brought a travel cot along for the littlest - and there was more than enough space for us all. It is brilliantly located for the beach, which was ideal as we had a 4 and 6 year old who weren't keen on trekking too far at the end of long day building sandcastles! The parking was ideal and the outside space was a great feature. The beds were very comfortable and the location nice and peaceful. We will happily book here again when we return to the area as we had a fabulous stay and still have so much more to do and see.

"Fantastic Apartment, Lovely Location" This apartment was really fantastic, lovely and luxurious inside with everything you could want from a holiday. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. On arrival the whole place was spotlessly clean and with great modern decor. Beds were very comfortable, TV s in all three bedrooms , which my children loved ! Great location as well. Would definetely recommend a stay here and we will be booking again.

"Fantastic - home from home - great for groups" We stayed here with a group of friends over the bank holiday - the booking process was very simple and Susan was really helpful and provided great information. House is lovely - spacious, plenty of beds and modern furnishings. We had an issue with the hot water which we couldnt work out how to turn on - Susans daughter came immediately round to assit which was appreciated Would fully recommend this property and we are hoping to return soon

"Lovely stay" My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of the month for a little get away. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay. The flat was very modern, very clean and we had everything we needed and more. The owner Pam was absolutely lovely and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. "Don't hesitate to book!" We agree with all the other positive reviews for this flat. The owner is an absolute delight to deal with and the property is without doubt the nicest, most well-equipped self catering flat in which we have stayed. It was spacious and warm and very easy to keep clean and tidy. It really is well equipped and workbooks for all appliances were in a file in the kitchen - even for the kettle and toaster! We are an older couple but had we been younger with small children there would have been no problems, the flat is very child-friendly and there are many DVDs, games and books to keep the little 'uns occupied on rainy days. The neighbours were very quiet in the time we were there and the lady superintendent was very helpful and friendly We found it was very easy to get to town by bus or walking and the few times we had to get a taxi part way (husband's dodgy hip!) the cost was around £6.00. The only negative we would mention would be the table top ironing board. We would have preferred a full sized one, but even so, we've never stayed in a holiday flat where the only negative is not really worth mentioning. If we win the lottery - we're putting in an offer!!! Thank you SO much. Please note, the review was written before return of breakages deposit which is why N/A is showing on the questionnaire. We wanted to put our positive thoughts on paper asap.

"Comfortable, well-furnished, clean, big house in a good location" We were lucky to stay in this house. It looked as good as the pics and possibly even better. The dining room was so elegantly laid out, that made all of us go 'wow!' when we first stepped into the house. We travelled in a family group with children, including an infant. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, we held a dinner party (inviting family who live nearby) the first night we arrived. The owner gave us the contact of a chef (Matt) who came to the house within 3 hours and we had a last minute dinner party that night for 30 guests! That's how big the house is. There's a pool table and 2 lounge rooms to hang out. The bedrooms were of very good size. We had clean sheets, fresh towels, lots of hangers and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was not a problem. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly well and was well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It surpassed our expectations.

"Perfect stay with young children." We had a fantastic week at Sandbourne house, the facilities were fantastic and the children loved all the toys and games, which we made good use of as the weather was very "British " that week. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and pirate playground, we ate at Vesuvios restaurant on the beach which was also brilliant although would definitely recommend booking, especially on the weekend. Very helpful information, and leaflets of the surrounding areas activities and days out, which was lucky as we were (shamefully) lost without WiFi. Can strongly suggest that you don't lock yourself out of the apartment, although even this was dealt with without any real problems.
